If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in resalable condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
To return a product purchased from pingeurope.com under the policy above, please complete the returns note supplied and return with the product in the original packaging at your own cost (inclusive of any duties required). A returns address label is included on the despatch note. Please return to:

We strongly recommend that use a recorded postal or courier service to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for item(s) lost or delayed in the post. For lost items we will require proof of postage.

Any orders placed on or after Thursday 23rd November 2023 can be returned by Wednesday 31st January 2024.

If you purchase was made through an authorised PING stockist you will have entered into a contract with them. We would therefore recommend contacting your PING stockist directly, as they will have a returns procedure.

Sensor Dry 2.5 Limited Warranty
PING provides a limited warranty of 5 years to consumers who have purchased the Sensor Dry 2.5 waterproof product(s) from a PING authorised stockist or direct through www.pingeurope.com. The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise within the first 5 years of use from the date of original purchase.
Under this warranty, any Sensor Dry 2.5 product identified to be defective on inspection by PING will be replaced free of charge (like-for-like replacements are subject to available stock). This warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or inappropriate use.
In the unlikely event that you experience a material or part defect with your PING Sensor Dry 2.5 waterproof product (s) please contact the authorised PING retailer where the product was originally purchased from who will be able to organise the prompt return of the product to us.
If the garment was purchased directly through the authorised pingeurope.com website, please contact our customer care department for further information. Normal returns procedures apply.
