1. Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Ping Europe Limited ("PING," "we," or "us") treats personal data collected on our websites, mobile applications, and any other platforms potential consumers interact with (the “Platform”) as well as other information collected online or offline by us in the European Union (“EU”) and United Kingdom (“UK”).

Use our Webfit, iPing, or other online application(s).
Submit a request, such as for club repairs or customer service.
Participate in one of our promotional sweepstakes, contests, surveys, or focus groups.

Interact with PING social media pages.
Install and use PING mobile apps.
Visit and navigate our Platform on any device.
Enable location-based features on our Platform.

We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, this may include receiving information from:

Our business partners, including company contacts, which may include Apple HealthKit and Health App, analytics vendors, providers of golf sensors or mobile applications, and companies that co-sponsor our promotions.
Social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
Third-party technology services providers or sites, including those that allow you to integrate your third-party account with your PING account.
Companies that provide information to supplement what we already know about you.

4. How we use your information

Examples of how we may use your information that we collect through our Platform are in Section 2, but in general, include to:

Improve our services and product offerings.
Streamline the checkout process.

If you are not satisfied with our response and you are located in a jurisdiction that allows, you may have a right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be completely safe. We employ reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information that is under our control. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. If a username and a password is needed to access certain areas of the Platform, then it is your responsibility to protect your username and password. As a result, your information may be processed in a foreign country where privacy laws may be less stringent than laws in your country or jurisdiction.
